Job Description

  • Automation and creation of an analytical data system in the company (creation of a system for collecting, preparing and processing information on sales results)
  • Visualization of sales reporting (formation of tables, diagrams, presentations)
  • Analysing of product representation in the regions, sales dynamics, distribution and indicators affecting sales efficiency
  • Preparation and approval of reports for the global team on a monthly basis (MRD Deck, Perfect Store, Sales Outperformance);
  • Preparation, analyzing and and presentation of key KPIs based on Nielsen Research
  • Promo (collection of promo plans, adjustment and weekly updating, presentation of plans to the team, completion of results, performance analysis)
  • Monitoring of status of the of new products launch
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of routes by employees / by products / by territories;
  • Analysing of the assortment matrix by analytical methods (ABC, XYZ, shelf efficiency, shelf share); monitoring of the NPD status.
  • Formation, monitoring and finalizing of monthly priorities for the Sales team
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual motivational programs for the Sales team
  •  Analyzing and evaluation of sales and distribution efficiency
  •  Analyzing of trade marketing activities
  • Preparation of presentation and analytical materials, reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Databases);

Qualifications

  • Required work experience: 3+ years as an analyst 
  • Knowledge of information system tools (Excel, Power BI, Databases, PowerPoint, SQL, AC Nielsen);
  • Good knowledge of English
  •  Ability to work efficiently in an area of ​​high multitasking, deadlines
  •  Analytical mindset, attention to detail
  •  High level of stress resistance
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and international companies will be an additional plus
