Job Description

On this position you will:

  • Organize and lead monthly demand planning meeting – S&OP.
  • Prepare and Plan weekly and monthly shipments plan
  • Plan and prepare weekly sales plan with coordination of commercial and marketing team
  • Plan and schedule of shipments from the factory by SKU to Belarus & Moldova
  • Monitor weekly OTIF & immediate response with follow-up activities
  • Proactively trigger any demand deviations through timely mitigation plans
  • Inform cross-functonal teams about the deviations, risks of OOS and OVS
  • Control and monitor daily/weekly basis products coverage at the distributors’ warehouses and keep them within agreed stock duration
  • Support process of the new product launch, providing necessary input to the team
  • Analyze and continuous improve of Demand Forecast Accuracy
  • Come to an agreement regarding order, short term and long-term plans with the distributor as well as the local team
  • Monitor slow moving and potentially obsolete stocks & propose improvement actions.
  • Identify & resolve service risks, with escalation to the supply chain team for decision-making in case of stock shortages
  • Support business processes to ensure business continuity
  • Have a day to day interaction with peers to ensure efficient problem solving.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years in demand planning
  • Knowledge of information system tools (Excel,  Databases)
  • Good knowledge of English
  •  Ability to work efficiently in an area of high multitasking, deadlines
  •  Analytical mindset, attention to detail
  •  High level of stress resistance
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and international companies will be an additional plus
